Felt motivated, full of energy only downside is the flavour it is strong like rubber tyres/bitter but does the job definitely recommended, better than siberian shilajit easier to mix into coffee. Add extra honey to disguise the bitter rubbery taste and you’ll be happy with the results energy wise. I’ve tried lots of brands but this one seems the best for results others taste better but that’s not as important. Buy it!

It's a small tub but the texture is smooth, silky and tar-like.I've used it dissolved in water, in my warm drinks and when feeling brave, straight from the spoon.It is strong and is an acquired taste, but it is not too offensive.It reminds me of Lapsang souchong tea. Or the taste of the smell of an old train engine. Perhaps?I have felt greater energy levels, but it is not a distinct increase after ingesting it, so hard to know its' direct affect. However I will keep taking it each morning as it feels good to do so. Many vitamin pills I've taken in the past I've actually felt my body recoil when I've gone to take them...but not this, not so far. I've read that the best Shilajit comes from Pakistan and apparently, this one does. It came with no note or instructions and perhaps that could be improved upon, especially for new customers.

I bought this Shilajit which was very runny on thier website it says ''Alternately, if you place it in the refrigerator to cool, it will become very hard and shatter like glass .I left it in the refrigerator ALL night until this morning yet it was still very runny??? So I'm now very concerned as it's not at all hard, why this is? I am now concerned about taking it as that was a test it says to do on their website to test its purity, and it never passed.

Genuine Shilajit dissolves easily in water, very potent feel highly energised after taking it, will buy again.
