Great Product
I normally buy the BCAA drinks but decided to give these tablets a go as it's more convenient and cost effective. I have been taking 2 before and 2 after after each workout and there is definitely a significant difference to the usual aches and required recovery time after each session. Will be ordering again shortly!

Decent BCAA Supplement with Added B6
There's a decent amount of B6 in these to support better energy levels and better recovery post-workout. And if you're looking at these for the BCAA specifically then you're most likely already well aware of what they are and why it's a very good idea to supplement your diet with a BCAA supplement such as this if you're working out regularly and looking to build muscle rather than just lose fat. These will help boost muscle growth, enhance performance and most importantly for me also help you to hold on to your hard earned muscle-gains in between work-outs and during cardio etc. As someone who is naturally lean and also enjoys hikes, long walks with the dogs and biking, holding on to my gym gains in muscle mass used to be the biggest struggle and BCAA supplements help massively. This is a fairly decent price for 120 tablets and although the amount you take should depend on your individual body weight (divide your body weight by 10 and take the closest number of these) the average of five tablets a day means this bottle will give you around 24 servings. Taking these about 30 mins before working out is ideal, or otherwise with a meal when not working out / on rest days. And if this is your first exploration into supplementing with BCAAs then I'd recommend doing plenty of research before hand to make an informed decision as to whether these are right for you or not, but in brief, BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) are a collective of three essential amino acids - leucine, isoleucine and valine - which are important for muscle growth and muscle retention in particular but are not created by the body so have to come through diet, with beef, chicken, soy, tuna, salmon, turkey and eggs all being great sources. But if you're serious about your gym gains and don't want to spend 80% of your day cooking meat etc then it's a great idea to supplement with these. The key is 'supplement' - it's important to still get a decent dose through eating healthy BCAA loaders like chicken and eggs but supplementing will make sure you're hitting high enough levels to hold on to your muscle gains without your body otherwise using your hard-earned muscles up for energy in between workouts or when you're going for some cardio. If you're not working out regularly or looking to gain muscle then you very likely do not need these - you can get all the BCAAs you need from a healthy diet instead.

BCAAS provide sustained energy.
Personally I was never a fan of BCAAS because I never thought I needed it. Take what I say which a pinch of salt, this is my anecdotal experience. After taking a 2 year long break from working out due to injury, I decided to take some of these BCAA’s. I previously peaked at 200kg deadlift without the aid of any supplements. If you’re in need of sustained energy to get through your workout, BCAAS will help you achieve that goal. BCAA’s however don’t give you the same dramatic effects as a preworkout does because it lacks caffeine. Their main importance is preventing muscle breakdown and increasing protein synthesis.BCAAS are the essential amino acids your body requires for the maintenance and growth of muscle tissue and to prevent muscle break down. The prevention of muscle break down is important because it stops your body from tapping into its own muscle tissue for energy. This is why most people take BCAA’s during a workout rather than after it, since it supplies your muscles with building blocks it can use instead. This can also help with muscle soreness.Whey protein is taken after abworkout since it contains BCAAS as well. Therefore, I like to take BCAA’s especially if I have missed a meal.Since incorporating BCAA’s into my diet, I have more energy, I have gained size and my muscle soreness subsides more quickly.I advise that instead of flushing your BCAA’s down the toilet, take them during your workout or when you have missed meals. Get yourself whey protein for after your workout. The capsules are pretty easy to swallow, odourless and don’t taste like anything peculiar.I highly recommend this.

Good value BCAA supplement with added B6 - would prefer it if they were chewable
BCAAs are one of those gym supplements (along with protein) that have become a staple ingredient of my workout routine. I have a body type/psychology that tends to lose weight and gains if I don’t keep up the gym, so finding ways to keep my weight up and my muscle degradation down are worthwhile endeavours. These BCAAs from Jumpfire Nutrition are a good effort - although I do prefer to take things like this in drink form. I must admit to initially thinking that these might have been chewable as they kind of reminded me of a Vitamin B6 chalky chewable I had in the past which tasted a bit like Refreshers sweets. These are not like those… At all… They don’t break up, they are hard, and they taste a bit like bones if you try inadvertently to chew on them.Having the B6 as part of the make-up of this supplement is worthwhile as if you’re trying to avoid pre-workouts then it can give you a fraction of extra energy, but that’s about it.As a means of reducing post-workout fatigue they are similarly as effective as other ones I’ve tried. I would prefer it if they were chewable or soluble though.
