After purchasing an Aeron, the last thing I wanted to do was spend more money. But, after seeing so many reviews and recommendations on Reddit I bit the bullet and bought these. They're great and super smooth and definitely improve the overall experience. One downside is that they're a bit higher than my original wheels so although I had the chair at the perfect height before, I had to re-adjust it with these wheels and even at the lowest setting it's a bit too high which is disappointing. However, they're still great and most people will be happy with the purchase.

Take note that instead of LIFELONG, it's got "Made in China" written on the side of the wheel case. I have another set which are the originals with the actual LIFELONG branding, and they look very similar, except that the Made in China ones are slightly darker in colour. Other than that, they look identical, and I am hoping that they will function equally well too. I am rating it at 3 for misleading images, but if the wheels work well over time, I will come back to give it a higher rating.
