Very informative book
This book is said to be a classic book on negotiation, and what it says rings true even today. It contains (i) a lot of very good examples to explain why certain negotiation tactics are useful and (ii) not devious but fair ways to negotiate. What this book says would directly apply to negotiations in the United States for sure, as it is a book written by Americans. However, almost all of what the book explains is applicable to negotiations to be conducted in Japan. I am very glad that I had a chance to read this book.
