For clarity I use my car every day for multiple trips, and this happens about once a week. If you are someone who uses a VPN on your phone, you will need to turn this off to enable connection. I do like it and I would recommend it. It's easy to set up, the light can be quite bright when night driving but I could easily cover that if it bothered me. I've only had it about 6 weeks but if it lasts then it's worth it.
