Excellent upgrade over factory!
An absolute must buy for virtually any rifle. This recoil bad is significantly better than the factory Tikka pad. It is much softer and grippier than the factory. Feels much better on the shoulder than any factory pad I have felt. The fit and finish is excellent. Feels like it is made of quality materials. I will be purchasing one for all of my firearms. True limb saver for my 300 win mag
Bought a Tikka Roughtech in a 300 win mag. This is my first hunting rifle and it shoots like a cannon. It’s got some recoil, even with the factory muzzle break that comes with it. Putting this on made a big difference. Either 300 win mag, you can say it really is a limb saver lol. It was also a perfect fit on my rifle. For that I’m giving it my 5 star review. Now to further manage felt recoil, and better control, I ordered a real muzzle break

Helps out a fair bit
Have a Tikka t3x in a 7rem mag, and before doing the modifications it kicked the heck out of you (to be expected for a lightweight rifle in a magnum varieties l cartridge). First I put on the suppressor, and that obviously did wonders. Then I added this. There are an elk, mule deer and antelope that wish I didn't.

I use limbsavers on any high recoil item that I shoot 12 Gage slugs 308 rifle. recommend
I shoot at 308 Tika T3 or the big scope on it. There was a time I could shoot that thing all day and it wouldn't bother me a bit, That day has passed, This pad is very helpful in absorbing recoil and preventing pain.

Installed this limbsaver recoil pad on my rifle and it’s a huge upgrade over the factory one from tikka. The 308 is a low recoil rifle as it is, but this recoil pad on it has the felt recoil like that of a small center fire like a .223, perfect for my young son to use! Highly recommend for young shooters, or smaller framed shooters looking for a lighter recoil in their rifle. I will be buying another one to put onto my favourite 300 win mag rifle also

My Tikka had a bit too much recoil for my liking, so tried Limbsaver. It does work well and it actually fits perfectly. The rifle still kicks but much less than before

Shooting .308 WIN with my Tikka T3x kicks like a train enough as it is with this awesome pad, I can't imagine using the factory pad.
