REVISED: THE COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME (AFTER AMAZON 30 DAY REFUND POLICY EXPIRED). THEY WORKED WITH ME TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND MY DEVICE AND HOW TO USE IT, PLUS THEY SENT A REPLACEMENT. THEY WERE VERY PRO-ACTIVE IN COMMUNICATING UNITL I WAS SATISFIED. THE PRODUCT IS A LITTLE TEMPER MENTAL TO RE ACTIVATE AFTER CLEANING, BUT IT DEFINITELY IMPROVES MY LUNG CAPACITY.
