ENCHILADA VERDE SAUCE PARTY!!
BOUGHT 4 CANS OF THIS STUFF TO MAKE ROTISSIRIE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS, WHITE TORTILLAS AND AND I MIXED IT IN WITH SOUR CREAM, HALF SAUCE, CHEESE, CHICKEN INTO THE TORTILLA AND THEN THE REST OF THE SOUR CREAM AND GREEN CHILE SAUCE ON TOP TO BAKE. IT WAS STUPENDOUS, WONDERFUL. EVERYBODY ENJOYED! THIS SAUCE IS GREAT FOR CHICKEN VERDE OR PEOPLE WHO LIKE GREEN SAUCE. HAS A SLIGHT MILD RISING HEAT TO IT. VERY PLEASANT NOT TO TANGY. CONSISTANCY CLOSE TO VERDE SALSA OR SALSA. TASTY.

Mild Green Beef Enchiladas
It's a great mild green sauce that I use to make enchiladas with flour tortillas because I'm allergic to corn. I use two of these cans for the recipe always comes out delicious
