I’ve tried so many allergy products over the years, but these nasal filters are one of the few that actually help. They’re small, comfortable, and surprisingly effective at blocking out pollen and dust. I could breathe freely without the usual itchy nose or watery eyes. The design is clever — once you insert them properly, you can barely feel them, and they’re not noticeable to others. The pack also comes with plenty of replacement filters, which makes it convenient and cost-effective. If you have seasonal allergies or live in a dusty area, this is definitely worth trying. It’s a simple solution that really works!

Great in theory, but poor execution. 1. There should be a size in between the large and medium. Theres a big difference in the two which is unfortunate. That would be the PERFECT size 2. The filter essentially had a hole 3. Hard to adjust both sides correctly without one folding over if adjustments are needed I finally got both sides to fit in correctly, but the filter was coming apart and sticking out of my nose. Not cool. If you wiggle your nose it may move and it’s hard to get both sides back in without one side folding over. Tried all of them so many times. The biggest could work, but it pushed my nose out and looked weird.

I genuinely feel like they make a difference. I have really bad allergies, and there are only so many places that I can filter the air. My dog also sleeps in bed with me. I've started wearing these at night, and then if I am outside on days when the pollen count is high. Occasionally I'll wear them out other places as well as needed. The filter is relatively thin, yes, but they still can trap stuff. They aren't going to trap everything, but even if it traps 90% that is a massive difference for people with allergies (I'd guess its more than 90%). You are technically supposed to throw them away after 8 hours, but I will rinse them with hypochlorous acid and let them dry and reuse them a couple of times. So far it hasn't been an issue. This isn't the type of filter that will trap gasses, so you'll still be able to smell everything through it. If your issue is fragrances (like plug in air fresheners) it won't do you any good. I'm sure it would help some around smoke/fires, but you'll still have some particles get in. It also won't protect you from viruses the way an N95 would. It probably decreases the total count, but don't rely on it. If you are doing it for allergies, you'll want to make sure you start wearing them before you're allergies get bad. If you get congested and have a runny nose, that will just ruin the filter (or at least you'll need to be rinsing and drying regularly. Definitely buy the sample pack first to find your size. Yes its expensive for essentially one working pair, but it will be worth it. And overall I do find them pretty expensive for what you are getting. I can't see these things costing more than 5 cents a pair to make, but in my eyes spending $10 a month or so to be able to breath is worth it. If you have the right size, its comfortable and easy enough to use. But that is why you need to try the sample pack. I personally don't have issues with them falling out. Totally separate bonus though, if you have trouble breathing through your nose when you sleep, these will open your airways up enough (assuming you aren't congested). If you don't need them when you sleep (or only need them at certain times of the year), but you other wise snore, pop the filter out and just use it to open up your airway.

Got these for my husband as a stocking stuffer and they are great quality especially for the price they are super comfortable and keep the dust from his job out of his lungs. Definitely a useful item for blue collar workers or anyone with allergies!

As an allergy sufferer im always looking for a way to keep contaminants out of my nose. These work, I suppose, but not really for me. Just too awkward I guess i guess I would say I could do like a tape that does the same thing without sticking plastic things up my nose.
