When we push record it has a flashing green light and it doesn’t move.... any ideas as to why?

It would be suggested to press the erase button for up to 10 seconds. Once the light stops flashing the memory will be cleared. Then repeat the record stage. Please contact the manufacturer for any further trouble shooting or technical information.
