Excellent product. However, have received several orders with the bottle caps not properly installed/tightened, resulting in leaks, really messy, dripping boxes and lost product. There is no excuse. Att: Method - tighten the caps properly. Not hard to do.

Gets my big loads of clothes clean without harsh chemicals. One bottle lasts a long time as you only use a small amount each wash. No weird scents or anything. Happy customer.

I love that you can buy this in bulk, save a little money, and save trips to the store or extra deliveries. The detergent works great and you need very little in every load. I really love that it doesn't have any smell to it.

I love Method products and this laundry detergent is one of them. It doesn't smell strange like other unscented/fragrance free cleaning products. Cleans our laundry well and doesn't leech the color. It's super concentrated so we use very little which makes each bottle last.

Method had a really good thing going with their Free and Clear scented laundry detergent. It came in pump bottles of various sizes, and there were refill pouches for the bottles, which kept the recycling trash low. The pump bottles worked very well for pre-treating stains - it was easy to pump out one drop onto a stain, or a small amount along the length of a collar. Now, in never-ending "progress", Method has apparently discontinued that product line and replaced it with bottles of detergent with a pour cap. Comparing the ingredient list between the two, there is little commonality - it's been completely reformulated. The pour cap isn't very good for pre-treating, largely because the new product doesn't wet cloth as well as the old product. I tried putting the new product into the old pump bottle, but it doesn't work well, because the new product doesn't pump well. It's lower viscosity and the pumping action is jerky. I was very happy with what I had been using for the last few years. Why couldn't Method leave well enough alone?
