Taste great, nice thick pieces. Taste teriyaki-light. Texture is soft to medium hard, chewable without a lot of effort. My only complaint is that I don't like the aftertaste when done, it's a weird taste, hard to describe. Love the high protein content 30g, no sugar and very low fat 3.5 g as I can add this as a topping to my bacon cheeseburger for extra protein while minimizing adding to the high fat content already (I'm on keto, but still, I don't go unnecessarily high on fat consumption, just enough to maintain.) Eat within 3 days of opening or refrigerate, bag is resealable.

It is not hard like some others.Tastes very good.

Tillamook Beef Jerky is a delicious, all beef jerky that's sure to satisfy anyone looking for a tasty snack. I love that the jerky contains no added sugar, yet still delivers a smoky, tangy, beefy taste. The teriyaki flavor is present, but it's not overwhelming. The texture is soft and chewy, and the taste is terrific. I love that this beef jerky is soft, as some others are super hard and not pleasant to eat. This package is meant as a single serving, but you could easily share it with someone if you wanted. It offers 30g of protein per serving, which is awesome, all while delivering no carbs, sugar, and only 3.5g of fat. Since it is no-sugar, this means they are suitable for diabetics, or those on a keto or carnivore diet. I love that they are made in the USA as well. Easy to fit into a child's lunchbox, or a gym bag for an afterschool snack or post-workout power up. While the price is a little higher than I'd normally pay for a snack of this type, I do think the exceptional quality, taste, and nutritional benefits make up for it. Very tasty!

The jerky itself is really good, it’s soft and breaks apart easily unlike 90% of brands. I also appreciate that it’s not too salty or overly seasoned. I’m not sure about the value however, I know jerky is getting expensive, but there are only a few pieces per bag and the rest is all air. The included photo is what it looks like before taking any out.

This beef jerky has a chewy texture and a bold, smoky flavor. I actually think the lack of sugar improves the taste. It brings out the natural beef flavor and avoids the overly sweet finish that some other jerky brands have.The salt does come through strongly, and it feels like it’s taking the place of sugar in balancing the flavor. It might be too salty for some, but I didn’t mind it.Aside from the sodium, this is probably the best jerky I’ve ever had. The ingredients are clean, the protein content is high, and it works well as a low-carb or keto snack. I would definitely buy it again.

I tried the original beef jerky and while I do find it to be really tender, maybe even a bit chewy I don't find it very flavorful. It honestly just reminds me of eating beef plain and I don't know if I really like it. Usually even original or plain beef. Jerky has some kind of signature flavor and I don't really get that with this. It's not terrible. I don't think it's gross. It's not the worst beef jerky I've ever had, but if I were buying this I probably would not buy it again. I really wish I had been able to try the teriyaki version to see if that was more flavorful.
