I knew this was a small can of wound wash but didn't realize it was aerosol or otherwise propelled. I used it to clean a small venous ulcer once daily. The can lasted ~4 days. I've never had a can of wash go that fast.This cleaner is much better:  Medline Cleanser Wound Skintegrity Spray, 16 Ounce  I had a bottle for 3 months with daily use. It was also used several times to soak a gauze pad that was stuck to the skin and still lasted 3 months. Needless to say I reordered the Skintegrity spray.Other than the speed at which the cleaner was exhausted it did it's job but plain old Saline would serve the same purpose. It's really nothing special.

This product is essentially a saline rinse in fancy packaging. For $10, it was a convenient and small little can, and the contents didn't burn or sting, as advertised, although it was a little cold touching my sensitive wound. There are no antimicrobial properties here. It's not a bad product, but for the amount you get for the price, I can't recommend it. You'd be no worse off for using plain bottled water, and you'd be better off doing a warm saltwater soak.

But it's great for backpacking.

This is a better wound healer than the white petroleum or basatrasin that our dermatologist recommends after skin cancer biopsy or surgery. The wounds do not get pus build up and they heal with less scaring.

Probably the best quick acting, quick relief wound skin treatment out there. I have used Amerigel and I would not reach for any other, doctor recommended treatment. This wash works and works fast for quick relief and best protection.

Nice product. Dispenses water much better than others.

Pressurized to the last drop. No sting. Very refreshing. (Used for wound cleaning)
