Amerigel Barrier Skin Care Lotion, 8 Ounce

not very thick

I like this product, as it absorbs instantly and lasts until you wash it off (shower / swim, etc.) The skin feels normal following application; not greasy or tacky, but it relieves the dryness and stops the chaffing on my legs.I originally ordered this product by accident, seeking to order the Premium Care Lotion that I use on my feet per my Podiatrist's recommendation. ( He sells it in his office. )Per the Terms of the sale, Lotions can not be returned (rightfully so), so I used it and was glad I did. I do not have open wounds; just very dry skin and Dermatitis Herpeteformis (DH), that's part of Celiac Disease (Gluten Allergy) that only some of us get that causes skin sores from even the slightest contact, for me anyway. Basically raised itchy bumps but not open. Point is I apply this right over the steroid cream, and they work together fine. Other lotions I can tell you that is NOT the case. For me, it's worth the money.

Ive t ried so many lotions for dry damagd skin and nothin has worked. I actually say this in the podiatrists office but was thrilled to find it on Amazon! Quick to arrive....lotion feels great on skin and heals dry cracked skin qickly

Amerigel Barrier Lotion is a very good product. I like that it contains Oakin, the antibacterial ingredient in Amerigel Wound Dressing. The Barrier Lotion provides protection plus healing. Shipping service was great.
