Great posters. Self explanatory images for each exercise and stretches.

Perfect for our family to do some exercise. My children love to follow it. Roll it together and back in the cupboard. Easy to use, both sides too. Many exercises to choose from.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Nice posters and quality laminated. My error I bought a large size..I wanted little pocket sized to take to the gym. However I have photographed them, store the pics in my phone then pull them up once u am at the Gym. Included I'd dumbell work out,Body weight work out (2 posters are the same ) then you have a stretching poster with yoga poses in the reverse. I did the core dumbell work out today and it was a great work out. For those new to the gym this is a great addition to switch up your routine

The posters themselves are just fine but two of them are exactly the same! Therefore charging you for 3 posters when there are actually only two.

Just what I wanted. Looks great on the wall and easy to follow.

Fitt for purposes

Just what was required. Simple to follow.

Happy with these. They’re laminated so should last well. I left them unrolled overnight to straighten before hanging. A bonus that there is another design on the reverse of each one. Would recommend.

These are great in my home gym. I have them on the wall for reference for different exercises

Ordered these for my teenager to use with his new dumbbells. He’s new to strength training and working out. Posters are sturdy and easy to follow. Different instructions are on the front and the back of each poster. One even includes yoga poses. Highly recommended for anyone who wants some easy guidance and motivation!

Not being a spandex guy, I have set up a small gym space in my basement I do my cardio outside The poster format is very good to organise on the fly training sessions Lots of exercises that don’t need any special equipment If your expectations is to become the next Mr Universe it it not the deal, but for general toning in the confort of your home it really does the job
