Scotch Bonnet Yellow Chilli Mash - 1kg (Highly Concentrated)

I really wanted to leave a good feedback, but i just can’t.It is arrived on time, that is the good part.Two 500g tubs supplied, in plasic bag, and a box. One of the tub was broken, but the sauce stayed inside the bag. No loss, just a mess there.I am making scoth bonnet sauce frequently. The fresh peppers are hard to come by in my area in quantity at the good price. This is why i ordered the chilli mash, i wanted to cut corners.First of all, there is way too many vinegar, and asalt in the mash. It still can make a nice sauce, but no own recipie can be used, as it already seasoned.I found it too runny, reduced it on the stowe, and added other things to give it a body. Has some heat, but nowhere near to the fresh peppers, and i couldn’t taste the fruity pepper aroma neighter.After all, for novice i guess it can work, but unfortunatly it didn’t meet my standards.Nothing too bad, but i don’t think i am gonna buy it again, rather go extra mile for the fresh one!
