This is actually the best tasting electrolyte drink that's sugar free I've ever tasted. I've tried a couple other brands but I either didn't like the flavor or it immediately gave me a heartburn. This one is it for me.

This product is great use it 2 or 3 days a week for a senior who doesn't hydrate daily. Sugar free is as good as regular for diabetics.

An excellent powder mix to ad to water recommended by my doctor since i have a tendency to become dehydrated. So many delicious flavors are available, lemon lime my favorite. Definitely a healthy go-to beverage!!

Good product. Get the sugar free. Taste a little funky but works. Use while working out not after. Made me feel a bit jittery when i used it after a workout to rehydrate
