If you find yourself an all or nothing thinker this is a book to read. i recommend reading Darius’s book on better habits to solidify a better approach to a rounded focus on life too. I’m 43 and realised a strong solo focus on one thing hinders other area’s of your life. This highlights a common ground to improve all areas of life sustainability.
