Awesome book for practicing strategy consulting interviews
This book added a lot of value to my interview practice. I've won case competitions in the past so I assumed I knew a lot about how to master a case interview, but this book goes into detail on how to "Wow" the interview by applying nuances that I didn't even think I needed. There were quite a few tips, tricks, lessons, and examples that really set me ahead. I will say that this is ideal for interviews with strategy firms (P/L cases, new market entry, etc...). Implementation and change management consulting interviews are quite a bit different (ex. Walk me through how you would implement a new CRM within a tire company that isn't tech-centric, etc..).

There is no right answer….demonstrate your analytical skills!
As an MBA graduate now coaching MBA students in case interviews, I have been using Marc Cosentino’s “Case in Point” books and resources for several years. There is no right answer in a case interview….this book will train you to develop and demonstrate your analytical problem solving skills! Marc offers tons of spot-on tips, nuggets of information and clear guidance, each of which is worth the price of the book. Marc walks you through well thought out frameworks, explains the recruiters’ point of view, and shares “case math” tips that will keep you out of trouble. This book not only provides tips to be successful and offers the practice and repetition required, but gives candidates the confidence to handle yourself in very stressful interview situations.

A must have book for consulting-focused students!
As a former consultant and someone who has worked with consulting-focused MBA students for the better part of a decade, I highly recommend Case in Point 10. There is no better source to set a student on the right path towards a consulting career. Marc lays out a logical, practical, and understable approach to tackling case interviews. Marc also provides essential interview tips, sample frameworks, and a mix of sample cases that span across different industries and functional areas. CIP10 will take your fear out of interviewing for consulting. It is a must have career resource for your professional library.

Amazing Author, Horrible Printing!
I was suggested this book by 2 of my friends that got into BCG and both used Case in Point to prep. The content of the book is 5/5 the author has made it very engaging and informative from cover to cover. For a very big topic it's very consice, every sentence in this book should be read and "highlighted"The print quality is 0/5 very appalling from a US based publisher. The issue trees and figures are extremely pixelated and require you to squint your eyes to make out what it says.

Great case examples, frameworks and advice
Marc Cosentino's Case in Point is truly the case interviewing bible. For anyone looking to interview with management consulting companies, this book is a must have in your preparation arsenal. The book should be read from cover to cover and the reader should form practice groups with fellow applicants to practice the many example cases in this book. This edition has a couple new case examples but the original advice and tips in the beginning of the book are fantastic and applicable to anyone looking to improve their case interviewing skills.Highly recommended book to all future consultants!

Another Cosentino Masterpiece!
This book is the go-to guide for case interview preparation and provides best practices, insights, and cases in an easy to digest format. I’ve since purchased Cosentino’s Case In Point: Government and Nonprofit, and Case Competition guides and have found those to be organized well, full of details to prepare you for the industry, and providing case studies that give you the opportunity to learn, practice, and gain confidence in your ability to crack the case interview!

Better Options Out There
This is a classic for those just starting the case interview practice process. While it's a great place to start, I personally don't believe it's the BEST place to start. However, if you have lots of time and cash, buy all of the books!I'd recommend Taylor Warfield's 'Hacking the Case Interview' and 'The Ultimate Case Interview Workbook'. They're straight to the point and offer many more examples that prepared me for the 33 interviews I ultimately went through for management consulting (MBB, big four) and smaller or boutique firms (LEK, Simon Kucher, ClearView, Health Advances, etc.).
