Great product to help with sleep.
Im going through menopause and it really helps me sleep. I dont feel groggy when I wake up. It is non- addictive and reasonably priced. I've bought this many times. Recommended by my doctor as part of my hormone therapy.

Dizzy when waking up
Not great for falling asleep and when you do wake up you’ll have a bout of dizziness. Also as per label, it isot safe to take for any extended period of time
