This review is from an honest buyer not someone who was given a discount for their review lol, lets start there! I love this product for a few reasons. Its not a super pill and you cant expect any magic pill to make you drop weight overnight. Its unrealistic. But i do always try anyways to find one lol Ive tried soooo many pills over the years. Most did nothing or did crazy stuff like sickness or heart rate issues or even rashes. But im happy to report this stuff is the strangest wonderful combination that for whatever reason does its job!! The first few days i was not feeling much of anything so i was about to chuck it in my cupboard with the pill graveyard. But by day three i was noticing a slight heating sensation inside my body. When i started any physical activity i was drenched in sweat. I mean soaking my shirts lol. Then i started feeling just oddly energetic without any nerve jitters or feeling of being on speed. Its an oddly faint peaceful long lasting calm energy. Its hard to explain. But then i started realizing my craving for junk had pretty much disappeared to and i was definatly not devouring my calories which is great to! Ive been so busy that i just pop the one pull in the morning when i wake up with a full glass of water then i make my coffee and go about my day. I come home from my office to get my second dose around 2pm. I do notice that i go to the ladies room a few times quickly for about an hour or three after taking it so it does have a mild dieretic affect on me which i dont mind. Ive had no issue sleeping at all because i take the 2nd pill early in the day. But instead of dragging at 6pm I'm mildly still energetic! Its the strangest affect ive had from any pills ive tried ever. But this is probably the kicker part- Ive dropped 10 pounds or so in just under 11 days. I have a great Yunmai scale i bought here on amazon and it mesures body fat water visceral fat weight and many other things. Each day i have gone down atleast a half a pound or a full pound steady!!!!!!!! My body fat is also going down. My bmi is decreasing. I don't even know how its doing this and ive been concerned so i googled all the ingriedients and pretty much my doctor looked at the bottle at my physical yesterday and said well- its all safe, its all good tested products that she herself had tried over the years at one point or another, and the caffeine level is low compared to many others and she basicly said that its gotta be the right conbination of top notch ingriedients that are apparently right for my body. She actualy said if i keep losing weight and body fat like this in 6 months she wants me to come back in and see the results because she can then maybe try it herself! I have cut out most the junk just so you know. However two nights i had naughty snacks and feared the scale the next day and omg low and behold i still lost another half a pound to my shock. Im on a 1500 calorie diet and i do get one hour of exercise a day. I cut out soda and bread and sweets but that was already before these pills! I woke up today 182 from 192 in just about a couple weeks. Ive done nothing overly crazy. I do eat a little naughty snack every now and then and im still losing weight!!!! Im just totaly confused as to how this product is working like this for me at such a low cost. Ive paid triple for other stuff that did nothing but get me flying on caffeine which then crashed me hours later. Im not crashing, im not starving, im not craving, im not over exercising, im not doing much different except counting calories eating better foods and taking this product twice a day so im pretty excited that im losing weight so fast. My clothes are loose now where i couldnt button a certain pair of shorts. Its the wildest feeling. Im almost skeptical right now how its doing this and if it will stop working at some point so ill update this review in a while! Im very tall so i hide my weight well but you cant lie to your mirror or your belt! Im so happy right now i just ordered a bunch more bottles so ill have it in stock in case they increase the cost or go out of stock. Paranoid person perhaps- but to find something thats working so well for me is like a blessing. I dont fear my scale each morning now. I get excited to go step on it!!! All i can say is that i hope this works the same for everybody else as it is for me and i hope it lasts! I dont know if its just the right combination of ingriedients or the ingriedient amounts or whatever this combination seems to be but its the best supplement ive ever tried and its workibg for me. 100%. I was a bit skeptical on alot of the reviews as they didnt seem to be from people who simply ordered them but now i have to agree with all of the ones that experienced what im experiencing!!! Happily. At the cost you cant go wrong. Try one bottle follow the directions and yes drink lots of water because if you dont youll feel the heat inside. I was going to leave without review but I can’t. This is amazing at limiting appetite, which is what we need to help loose weight. I was at 90 kg and with this went happily down to 79 kg: I finished a 120 count aprox a month for the total loss. I will advise, I haven’t done much workouts just walk. Sadly my gym closed for remodeling: so if I added actual physical workouts I would have gone down much much more. It gives me energy I’m not as sleepy as before. That helps me maintain active instead of wanting to nap or wake up late. I have run out and purchased again for a trip I have just to keep me from over eating on stress levels. It hasn’t given me any significant side effects, I don’t feel bad taking them just lowered my dose when reached a lower weight. IMPORTANT advice: drink lots of water this will require it avoid yourself a urine infection if you don’t drink plenty a day while on them or if you take other supplements or medications. Also if you exercise too adjust your water intake to your body needs. I went down to one capsule daily after reaching 79 kg since my stomach got slower and I’m not very active to move my stool so 2 pills didn’t make me feel as good: 1 was enough to keep me normal and energetic. I’m overall amazed and thankful this product exists. I have gained confidence but I’m reaching for 69 kgs next. Will see how my body adjusts to my second bottle purchase.

First off, I would like it to be known that I do have a medical condition and could be the reason why I experienced such horrible side effects and wanted to write this review for people like me in aiding them to make a decision in whether this product is for them. I am a type one diabetic officially diagnosed 7 years ago. Since my diagnosis I have struggled with gaining weight and my inability to losing weight. By no means am I obese (went from being 120 to 150) but I was looking for something that could help me accelerate my performance since insulin is known to make it hard for you to lose weight and I am insulin dependent by pump. I had reviewed a lot of reviews on many fat burners and ultimately decided on this one. I have only used it for 3 days now and will be discontinuing it in fear of how it has effected my health. I used the burn XT with the dry XT. I did experience the rapid heart rate, dizziness, feeling light headed, headache, nausea and loss of appetite. It lasted majority of the day and I literally has to just lay down and wait until i felt better as every time I attempted to do something I just felt sick to my stomach. The biggest issue for me was the loss for appetite which I know is part of the point of these products is to help with appetite control however it was to severe for me to handle and here's why and why I knew it would be bad for my health. With all of the above symptoms i assumed that maybe I just needed to eat something as sometimes supplements can cause an icky stomach feeling. So I made a meal and bolused insulin for it accounting for the amount of carbs in the meal. I took one bite of my food and immediately didn't want it. I felt like if I ate it I'd feel even worse but because I took insulin I had to eat otherwise my blood sugar would drop too low. I tried to force myself to eat but it just made me more nauseated. I ultimately had to use my fast acting glucose tablets to ensure that my blood sugar wouldn't drop and ended up not eating my food. The rest of the day I still couldn't eat much and had to force myself to snack. Too scary for me to risk not being able to eat to raise my blood sugars when needed so this was the main reason among the other side effects for the review and why I cant continue using this product. For people that are much more healthier than me it may be worth a shot I'm sure it does work especially for appetite control, it was just too strong for me and wanted to give a little warning for people like myself that were maybe looking for a boost to weight loss.

J’ai acheté ce produit car j’ai toujours eu de la difficulté à maigrir et prendre du muscle. Si on suis les instructions a la lettre il n’y a aucun problème avec le produit même qu’il est excellent. J’ai perdue 15lbs en quelques semaine. Depuis que j’ai commencé le produit je suis beaucoup plus facilement de bonne humeur. Donc les pilules m’a énormément aidé à la croissance musculaire, là concentration, ma bonne humeur et la perte de poids. C’est un très bon produit efficace et facile à l’utilisation. Si j’ai réussi à vous convaincre d’acheter le produit, je vous souhaite que ça vous aide autant que ça ma aider. Bonne continuation à vous.

It didn't do anything. No weight loss or inch loss.

Got it just in time, the first week I took just 1 per day as recommended, didn’t had any problem. I take 2 daily now and go to the gym 4 times per week. It’s hard to tell how long it will take to show any results, but I’m glad I’m not having any problems taking it healthywise.
