I purchased it for consuming as breakfast food and i just loved it, it has very awesome test and crunchy texture of museli and lots of nuts are in it.i tried it with curd and found it very tasty,, however it can also be mixed with milk or can be eaten direct,, it has many good proteins, fibres and irons which is necessary for body.
