I see my post-baby stomach going down when I wear it for about two hours a day, even when I don't work out! Even my hubby has noticed a difference. It's really my last "problem spot" left after 6 months of severe dieting, treadmill, and resistance tubes, and I was afraid for awhile there I would have to seek out more drastic measures, or even have to do those arduous sit-ups from Kelly Coffee's video. I've been using it for over a month now and I really do like it. It really does work to trim/flatten the belly. I wear it while working out (one hour a day), but I've considered wearing it to work for a few hours too but I don't want to be sweaty in the workplace. I usually wear it a little lower than shown/pictured. It really does heat up nicely. The first few uses, it had a strong odor to it, but the odor went away in a week. I usually wipe it down after each use with a wet paper towel.

I really love it. It's very comfortable to wear. Easily adjusts to any size and it has smoothed my stomach out somewhat. It also improves my posture when I'm sitting on the computer. I try to wear it whenever I'm doing something physical, like working out or cleaning house, and it does get sweaty and hot under it, which is why I think it's working.It's not a magic pill that's going to give you a 20 inch waist, but it's giving me motivation to keep going because I am seeing results.

This waist band is awesome! It is perfect if you work out. I wouldn't recommend it to wearing it around the house or at the office. It's uncomfortable just walking around because of the sweat it accumulates.speaking for me though. I love it‼️ It does what it says it would do for you. Yes I do product. I'll continue to buy from this brand. Yes, I do recommend this product.

Fits great after owning for a couple of weeks then it does not stand up straight when you put it around your waist it wants to roll

Very comfortable, easy to secure and works great. It truly helps with my posture while exercising, provides support and most definitely makes my midsection sweat. The best part is that you really can't tell how much your sweating until you take it off! It's totally confortable and does not feel slick or slimy when exercising. I know I have lost inches using this belt and I would recommend it and hard work to anyone looking to slim down. Good luck!

As the name says, this Waist Trimmer is "EzyFit". The velcro closure is much easier than others I have purchased with hook and eyes. And believe me, when I use it regularly it WORKS! It really does "train" your waist to a smaller size. When I stop using it after a while the difference is evident. I will wear it often during the day around the house or out running errands. I've also worn it under clothes when I've gone out at night. It really does work great!

I never thought I would buy something like this, but here I am writing a review. It works! and it starts working on day one. Is it comfortable? NO! But then eating the cheese cake/cookies/beer (enter your own guilty pleasure) was worth it. I am 5'4" and have an average torso length, I find this a little bit to wide, if I didn't fold it over it would just about cover my whole torso. It fits my husband for width and targets his belly area, but it would be a very tight fit for him and he is 185 pounds. So make sure to measure your target area and compare it to the width of the belt before you purchase. But, again it does work on slimming your waist.
