Q: are these the monojet 412 or some other number? I have been using the monojet 412 and want these only.

We supply only original monoject 412

Q: Do these come in a Monoject box?

the ones i received came in a plastic bag, no separate box

Q: would these work for refilling ink cartridges?

You could, but I won’t recommend it. The ink will clogged after one use.

Q: Can this be used to remove ear wax?

If you are using it to flush water into the ear possibly. I doubt you could aspirate anything out with it. It is kind of pointy at the end. Might want to consider something else
