Shamanic Meditations: Guided Journeys for Insight, Visions, and Healing

As a beginner going through my initial immersions into shamanism at home, I have found this DVD incredibly useful. I have done 4 journeys already and experienced a deep relaxation and rich and inspiring journeys. There is a lot of guidance but also plenty of space to introduce your ideas and follow your own journey.As a beginner, I would have probably liked to have a few more guided journeys to look for power animals and human spirits, and I can see that more experienced practitioners may prefer less prompts.Very enjoyable.

The cd was good quality but i found the narrator very difficultbto listen too . I couldnt relax or journey well as the voice was off putting . As a guided mediation and also source of information the cd was good .

Having worked with contemporary Shamanism for the past twenty years, I know how hard it is for many people to find, let alone afford to join a group where they can experience the deep healing of this form - here is a cheap and practical way to experience the healing of Shamanism that is on a par with working with a real practitioner or teacher.I was very impressed with the layout and presentation of this set of journey visualisations and would highly recommend this to any one who feels drawn along this Path.

Great CD, I enjoy this weekly and once a month plan to do the whole thing from start to finish.

I have been on a vision quest and it was the most wonderful experience. The drumming was deep and followed the beat of your heart. This cd jarred my nerves with the incessant talking, fast drumming and then ear piercing whistling, which I cannot bear. I could not listen to this as her voice set me on edge. I also had to pay £11.20 import tax on top of the p&p. I will also never buy a cd before listening to it first. Total waste of money.

When I look for a teacher of good medicine Sandra Ingerman is my way-shower. Sandra has integrity and humility of purpose. She's a responsible keeper/sharer of shamanic knowledge and her way of getting it across is pure, direct guidance you can't go wrong with. A treasure in her field of expertise. As you can tell I'm a fan.

It is an inspiring, healing and magic journey that becomes more and more powerful each time you do it. Accessing the magic world does not have to be complicated or for just a few. If you allow yourself to open up to this magic world with integrity and love, you will certainly get amazing results. I can't tell you how much these meditations have helped me in my healing and spiritual path.
