Bosco Coffee Spices Nuts Grinder 160 Watt White Colour (Black)

I was somewhat bemused to read "This appliance is for [sic] grind coffee beans only" and "do not use the appliance to grind oily beans, peanuts or products that are too hard" in the accompanying instruction pamphlet when it is blatantly sold as "Coffee Spices Nuts Grinder". I bought this grinder specifically because it is for use for spices and nuts, and can only hope that it will not fail me.

Does what it says on the tin. Apart from cracking the plastic lid whilst taking it out of the box I am extremely happy with this purchase.

A brilliant little device. I already have a grinder which will do seeds but not nuts so I bought this Bosco grinder specifically for grinding nuts which it does very well, even the oily ones. In fact it will grind down to nut butter in small quantities (warm, freshly roasted nuts work best). The only possible drawback is its size but as it grinds so quickly putting 100g almonds through in 3 or 4 goes isn't really an issue. So not for those who want to mass produce ground nuts for storage but I use it on a daily basis, grinding nuts and seeds as I need them (and I use a lot). Easy to clean with a 1" paintbrush. I've only had this grinder for about a month - it hasn't failed me yet but can't comment on longevity.

I plugged it in and was very glad my fingers were not in the bowl, as it is permanently ON, even with the lid off - highly dangerous, wouldn't switch off except at the wall. Returning.

This works fine so far. Haven't had it long but no complaints for the price.
