These gummies are soft, fruity, & easy to chew, with no weird aftertaste or artificial smell or flavoring, which I really appreciate because not all gummies taste good, let alone decent. I get tired of adding pills to my routine, so the tasty gummies is an ideal alternative. It tastes good, smells good, and appears to be of a pretty decent quality. I have been taking liposomal glutathione plus lipsomal vitamin C for a year now. I typically take liposomal glutathione 2400mg in 2 pills and liposomal vitamin C 1,000mg in 2 pills for a total of 4 pills. Taking liposomal glutathione and vitamin C together optimally improves the skin whitening benefits. I ran out of both glutathione and vitamin C so I decided to try this elevantra glutathione gummies with a dose of 2 gummies which have 1,000mg glutathione, 100mg Vitamin C, 200IU Vitamin E, 260 microg Folic acid, and 100mg marine collagen. Since I took 4 pills in the other brand at higher doses than these gummies. In order to compare, I doubled the dose to 4 gummies instead of the recommended 2 gummies. I actually enjoy the taste of these gummies which taste exactly like the typical fruity gummies. They are sweet, more so than I am used to because I have been keto/carnivore for almost a decade. They do contain 4g carbohydrates and 2g sugar and the ingredients list glucose syrup and raw cane sugar. If you eat low carb, keto, or carnivore this may be something to consider when deciding whether to purchase these glutathione gummies. I have to say that I felt less bloated when I took double the dose of 4 gummies, which was a pleasant surprise secondary effect. I would have to take these gummies for a year to truly determine whether their skin whitening effects are comparable to the pills that I take, so it’s too soon to tell. I know from experience that liposomal glutathione and vitamin C taken together does produce a whitening effect from previous brands that I have taken over a period of 1 year combined with a Kojic acid soap daily regimen, decreasing sun exposure and wearing daily SPF 50 sunscreen. I don’t think any glutathione plus vitamin C supplements WITHOUT decreasing sun exposure and using 50 SPF sunscreen with reapplication every 2 hours would result in the skin whitening effect. But when combined together, from my own personal experience does produce a significant whitening effect when also used with Kojic acid soap daily.
