The four control buttons on the remote allows the back and foot rest to be independently controlled and the tip can be independent of the back rest, so you can tip and rise forwards whilst having the backrest at a comfortable angle.Comes on two parts, back rest slots onto seat easily, so getting the chair through doors and narrow corridors is possible then assemble it, plug it in and enjoy. Very easy to put together, doesn’t need instructions really. Buttons take more getting use to, there is a ‘flat bit’ on the remote below the buttons to allow you to stick a label on to help remember which button does what.Great value for money (and very comfortable!).

Really comfortable and no assembly really just drop the back on the chair. It was half the price of DFS plus a riser! Slightly darker fabric but I can live with that. I can fully recommend I was struggling to get out of a chair and with this it is a doddle and excellent service

I’ve owned this chair for 3 months now, if my circumstances were different I would have returned it. I find the chair too low in its normal sitting position. There is no way to adjust this position. On the riser it doesn’t go high enough for me to straighten upright. In the upright position it is unstable, as it can rock from side to side. In the reclining position it doesn’t go near enough to flat, I can’t get my feet high enough.I had to go to hospital during the initial period of receiving the chair and the period of being able to return it had expired, otherwise I would have. I would be very careful before choosing this chair because the price is very low in comparison to others.

I had to buy this quickly following a knee replacement operation, as I found it very difficult to get up from ordinary chairs. It arrived within 2 days and my son found it easy to put together, as only two parts. I find the rising seat extremely helpful and thoroughly recommend it.

Took 15 minutes to unpack and assemble. Looks great. Not too bulky. it has wheels for easy manoeuvrability. You can sit with legs up and/or lie back. almost silent controls. when in riser mode, it goes pretty high and has no wobble at all. It is soft and comfortable. Be aware that I am 5 feet 8 inches tall and my feet just touch the floor in sitting position. The delivery company had excellent communication and the lads were helpful and friendly-gave me a half hour slot on day of arrival, as well as ensuring the chair was in the house and not just on the doorstep. All in all, highly recommended.My only issue is that my cat has already nicked the chair!!!

Received the chair in good time, what I have found with it is, there is no movement on the seat itself, which in my view causes a problem with what is a flat seat and the back goes down well and the foot support comes up well also, when sitting on it with it's corded material, it is not that comfortable, I don't know if the material was changed to a more leather based material if that would help, I know leather itself would be to ask a bit much, while trying to maintain the good and fair price of the chair. kind regards Robert Millar

Bought for my dad who is now chair bound he sleeps on this great for when cares come round the chair lifts him up for cares to take hold of him would highly recommend great price
