I really recommend this since allowed to choose the right size of the devices. The right one is easy to use (depends on each person how comfortable is about, I guess). I am more happy with the long way night to sleep. I also started to use an anti-snoring pillow and I think, for me, this also helps.

I have used these for 2 nights and my girlfriend said both nights my snoring has been louder than ever!! Overpriced for just small pieces of plastic and very ineffective

Absolute load of rubbish !!

I was really surprised,Unsolvable problem has been solved for years.Would recommend trying if you are a nose snorer. He's much quieter with them in. These are worth it.

I am snoring the solution. They are very soft and elastic and can slide easily into the nose. Wear it in the nostrils.Material is easy to clean, so you can reuse them.

I like that they are so soft.These are like the anti-snoring equipment products with a lot of plug nose vents. Will continue to use.My girlfriend is so much happier since I've gotten these!
