This sprouted, plant - based bread tastes like . . . wait for it. . . BREAD! Yet, there is NO Flour in it. Flour = inflammation. Inflammation = obesity, illness and disease over the long term. You can get this sprouted "bred" in all flavors and my personal fav....raisin cinnamon. It's a little pricey, but it's worth every dime!

Perfect for people looking for some real whole grains and seeds to not spike blood sugar. Only small issue is they aren't easy to split. You basically need a proper bread knife and to make sure first fully thawed.

Misleading package and false advertising. This contains sprouted wheat (meaning less gluten) and one of the ingredients is literally - wait for it- WHEAT GLUTEN!!! This is not gluten free. I have celiac disease and this is not okay.

Wholesome, grainy, like real bread not garbage white flour. Good for morning toast, pbJ and mini pizzas

I didn't care for these, I can be gluten sensitive if it is too prevalent and I read the package after I felt a response to these and I am not sure from the packaging but I will steer clear of these muffins.

Pleasantly surprised by the wonderful texture

This bread is a little grainy for my taste and seems a little dry, but if its left at room temp for a while before toasting, its better. I like it better for my vegan breakfast sandwiches.
