Sinners (4K Ultra HD + Digital)

Easily the best film of the year, so far. Exceptional story, script, acting, directing, and look. But better than that, the music is probably the best I've ever seen in a movie - and I've seen thousands. It's far more than a horror film. It's more than a musical. It's more than a party. It needs to be seen on a giant screen, but that time has passed.

Great movie, maybe not everyone will love it, as a horror fan and fan of period movies I thoroughly enjoyed it. Music was extremely important to the movies overall feel. Another hit by Ryan Coogler.

I really enjoyed this movie. I do see why some compare it to From Dusk to Dawn and it has similar beets as far as you forget this is a vampire movie until stuff hits the fan. The Characters are well fleshed out and with surprising break out performances and the homage it pays to the Blues genre is what makes this a memorable refreshing film. Much needed boost in Hollywood right now.

I have never seen a movie this good. Everything and everyone in this film was just amazing. Today’s movies are so boring annoying, predictable. But not this film. It’s a definitely a musical. Period correct. Vampire drama. Action and serious Gore. Somewhat romantic and funny at the same time. The narrative also pays an homage to what the African-American and other people have gone through post great depression and establishing themselves as free people as well. The movie was written in a way where even in today’s reality people can relate, we as people need an escape in this movie was that escape. for most of us the false perception of freedom feels very real and that we all experience too. this movie talks about it, in that timeline. Just wish the steelbook was not so boring.

BluRay was packaged nicely, and disc was in perfect condition! The picture is astounding and so crisp. Menu functionality is superb and smooth and includes deleted scenes and scenes and bts. Scene selection includes both mid credit and post credit scenes for easy jumps to it. I haven't access the digital copy yet but I love that this includes it so I can watch it on the go!Movie wise I had seen this twice prior to my purchase and the cinematography, performances, and music were on point.One of the best movies of the year!

Amazing film rich in culture and history. Ryan Coogler did an outstanding job bringing this story to life. The comparisons to From Dusk Till Dawn show a lack of critical thinking. While the film may draw some inspiration, it is far from a remake or copy. Without spoiling anything, the vampires in this story are completely different—rooted in a distinct mythology and set in an entirely different time period. This isn’t about criminal brothers stumbling into a strip club full of vampires. This film carries a much deeper message, with cultural and historical layers that deserve recognition. A must-watch.

Great movie. Item arrived on time and in perfect condition. Just wish it came with a standard Blu-ray disc like the steel book.

I'm ecstatic! I'd been waiting to see this, as it was promoted widely to rave reviews. Being deaf, I couldn't go to the movies to see it. It lives up to the hype. The film was excellent! The actors were magnificent, and I was glad to see Delroy Lindo in this. The storyline is infused with some history and some unknown facts. Go see it, or order it. The price was reasonable, cheaper than actually going to the movies. I'm beyond glad that I was patient. And my patience was rewarded: it's captioned.
