So happy I found this product. I am very physically active but at 56 years old am starting to see the wear and tear take affect. Soft tissue injuries are starting to manifest more frequently and I wanted a supplement to help with the healing process as well as for preventative maintenance.PROS-Taste is completely neutral with no smell.-I add 2 scoops to a liter of water along with some gatorade powder and it dissolves completely and is not noticeable at all when I drink it.-Love that is has glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and hyaluronic acid, so that is multiple supplements I no longer have to take separately.-Price is not high and the quality seems legit.-No associated digestive issues.CONS-None that I have noticed.Too early to tell how much affect it is having, but I have taken collagen supplements before so I don't expect it to be any different. Skin, hair and nails will all do better overall, if not, I will update the review.

It took a few months but my hair quit falling out, nails became harder- no longer crack or thin and flakey. Skin much smoother- had been very rudey and rough and no amount of moisturizer helped. Also my bones and joints don't hurt like they used to. Have to take consistenly- - resolved well- I put a scoop in a liter water bottle- it clouds up at first but within a minute or two water is crystal clear. My husband puts a scoop in his morning coffee and says no taste. He is finally getting pain relief of bones and joints. I Came home from hospital 14 months ago and very deconditioned- with muscle wasting- muscles basically gone so had to drink protein shake every day and take the collagen powder. It was hard to be so patient with the time it took to notice differences but one day I noticed I had some decent deltoid, triceps, quads, calves muscles which are all well defined.

I’ve been taking this for a relatively short time and I can tell a difference. My husband and I play pickle ball and he complains about his joints, hurting him afterward. I don’t have this issue, where I normally would. I feel like this collagen is helping me to stay active and mobile. I have encouraged my husband to give it a try.The only thing I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t dissolve as well as my previous collagen peptide powder. But there is no taste, and it doesn’t seem to affect the texture of my drink.

This is a my second bottle of collagen I really love this stuff. Consistency is key with this I do notice a difference in my hair and nails along with a clean diet. I mix this into my yogurt every day you can’t even tell it’s there. The price is great for the amount of servings you get and for the different types of collagen you get in this. Highly recommend

I have been using this for about two weeks now. I like to put one scoop in my cup of coffee in the morning. I will say, there is no weird taste. I was afraid there might be. But, I take my coffee seriously, and if it tasted off, I would not have kept using it every morning with my coffee. It doesn't clump, but my coffee is hot (not iced). I have not used it in a cold drink yet. If I ever do, I will come back and edit my review for everyone. I also have noticed that my joints do not hurt as badly as they used to. Now, it could be this or it could be that I have been on a weight loss journey and have taken off a few pounds. I am hoping this Collagen is helping the joints. It certainly feels like it is.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was interested in the effects of added glucosamine to collagen. Imagine my disappointment when the lid wouldn’t screw off. I’ve attached pictures to show how I finally was able to get to the product. Really disappointed in the packaging!!!

I mix this into my cold brew in the morning. Easy way to get some extra nutrition in.
