Lost remote, now it's useless there's no option to use any app to control speed, i checked in site too, unable to get extra remote, this is really disappointing, website shows to contact WhatsApp team, they are worst, they take the payment and don't even ship the item, this company is fraud

Four days after installation, the fan's bearing has started making a grinding noise, and the sound is waking me up.
