Q: What is the width of the round circle holders?

The round circle openings are 3” wide.

Q: Fits fine over cabinet door but how do I adjust so it doesn’t come down so low? Can’t close door presently so will have to return if I can’t adjust.

This product can't be adjusted unless you use twist-ties but make sure you have the back piece that slides attached as well.

Q: The hooks slide out of the basket. How do I prevent this?

It sounds like it may broken. My basket has never had the hooks slide out. Try wrapping a very tight rubber band around the bottom of the stems after inserting the stems into the basket. Maybe soldering it if a soldering tool is available to you. Good luck!

Q: The cap is missing, so it doesn’t hold into place when put on cabinet door. I’ve tried finding something similar. Anyone have success?
