Our order expired within 3 months. The ones at BigLots had 6 months expiration dates. So I'm guessing it varies.

Q: How would this taste if i mixed in a little espresso?

This is actually my almond milk of choice if you want it to foam using an espresso machine's steamer wand, though I usually order the 'sweet' vanilla version. But both foam equally well.
