The clothes steamer is wonderful. It heats up super fast. It does not leak water. I don't mind steaming either already dry clothes or wet clothes after removing them from the washing machine and placing the clothes on clothes hangers. I do not use spray starch or anything additional on the clothes. Please just be sure to use only distilled water in the machine. I find steaming my garments to be much faster than ironing clothes. I really do not like to iron clothes.

Really like this steamer. This is the third one I’ve owned and so far it’s definitely the best, even though it’s less expensive than the other 2. I like the table accessory and the steam head doesn’t leak like so many others do. I really love that I can turn it on and off with my foot. The water resovoir is really big so the steam lasts a long time! I use it in my vintage clothing boutique so it gets a LOT of use on a lot of delicate garments. Highly recommend.

This steamer is very pleasing to the eye and I like the way it is designed but I had a hard time with steaming the wrinkles out with it. It works slowly but takes some work to get each item steamed.

The Steamer puts out hot steam BUT the Steamer Only Lasted 4 months as the handle on the steamer leaks hot water and handle gets very HOT and afraid hot steam is going to burst onto Face. Called AMAZON and they said I need to contact TC -JUNESUN Steamer Directly because the One-year warranty is through them, so I did go through the "ask a question " like Amazon representative instructed me to because they had no contact information for them. However, I am not able to make contact with them through the Chat because its options are for returns or missing items and it all reverts you back to Amazon and not them and for return it states not valid for return. I had to re-order this item twice and now regret this company just wants to sell and run. Will update if any changes so buyer beware.

At first this steamer was pretty cool. It heated up fast and the different type of steaming options were great. I purchased this 5 months ago, but 3 months ago it started having less and less steam coming out. Now I'm in month 5 and my water tank is ruined it literally melted and changed the shape so it no longer holds water and I can't find a replacement one.

After about two months of regular use, which is about once a week, this hose portion has become exposed. It has been rendered unusable and I don’t see any way to repair it myself…. **Update** Even though I had passed the time window to return the item the seller took the time to reach out to me and offer a solution. I was refunded the total amount for the item and I purchased the new version which had improvements made to address the issue I previously had. I am very satisfied with the customer service and final outcome.

The heat of the steamer is excellent. You choose the heat setting by determining what fabric you are steaming. It works quickly and the ironing board is helpful for sleeves and pants. Be careful when you remove to re-fill. The lock will drain out. Placing a towel under the unit avoids water damage to flooring.

I initially was a fan of this product. Its not noisy and the steam was powerful. However, It’s heavier than expected and to be frank, I don’t use the flat ironing board like I think I would. It’s wobbly and the added accessories like where to hook on the hose/handle don’t stay on. I’m really disappointed that after four months use (and strictly only using distilled water), it’s already breaking. It barely lets out any steam now. I would hope this is under warranty bc four months use doesn’t seem justifiable for the price…
