I use this to strap my knee up when going walking, it stays in place and makes me feel a lot more confident when going across uneven terrain

I think whoever writes the questions for these write-ups should look at what they are asking questions about FIRST. It doesn't stick to your skin it does cling(not stick) to itself.

I bought this hoping to find a cheaper tape for my hook grip whilst weight lifting. For that purpose it is no good!! Lasted 1 warm up set and started to come off!! I'm sure it's good for some stuff but DON'T buy if ur hoping to use for taping up ur fingers for crossfit!!

Perfect self adhesive bandage

I have varicose veins on my leg inside my calf area and I use these bandages to conceal and support them when wearing shorts. They work very well although I have not used then in water. I use the adhesive bandages when swimming. Works in a similar way to velcro, sticking to itself.
