I will be returning this item...because it is incomplete.The buyer needs to buy additional electrical connections before it can be used.Also it is a pile of absolute crap and not worth 29 pence...let alone £29

Initial use of this electronic muscle stimulation seems complicated at first, more detailed instructions with pictures would probably help. I tried 20 minutes on low level at first to warm up, this feels like it is pulsating and is very comfortable. The higher the mode the more intense the pulse is, mode 2 & 3 pulsates then has an intense longer pulse, this is in the instructions as intensive exercise. Mode 4&5 are deepening exercise and are a lot stronger and longer impulses. Each mode has a different rhythm and you can choose a low middle or high level. I found it to be relaxing and easy to get used to. You can feel it working while relaxing.

I've been using it for a while in combo with abs exercises and it isn't too bad, however does not make a huge difference and sometimes I felt like instead of doing what it's supposed to do it just made me feel uncomfortable. Also the patches didn't last too long so was considering to buy new ones but then decided to look for another product all together. I ended up buying 2 more similar products in the store but I am still looking for something that works well so if anyone has any suggestions - send them my way.

It just didn't work at all. I tried the toner along side regular exercise for a period of 8 weeks. It made no difference at all. I see it as a complete waste of money.

Quite powerful as for such a small device. I've been using it for almost two weeks, and the stickers are still quite active. I felt the changes on my first try. It compliments my workouts by toning my abs. Item is effective and yet very affordable price.

It is completely different than how it's look like from the pictures. You cannot fix it around your stomack, it's not fitting at all how should be. Very bad quality, I couldn't recommend it

Love this toner. Really makes me feels like I've worked in a gym. Only just received it today used it already. Great with different intensities works on all over the stomach. Very easy use. Only downside is need more explanation with instructions how to set up. Shall wait to see how first week go's. Looking forward to results

Der Gürtel besteht aus billigem Plastik. Großer Punktabzug gibts dafür dass der Gürtel nicht am Körper hält. Die Gelpflaster können nicht genug Halt geben. Der EMS Muskelstimulator, der nicht mal um den ganzen Körper getragen werden kann, fällt jedes mal ab. Eine normale Lösung mit Klettverschluss wäre hier besser angebracht. Die Stimulationsvarianten sind OK. Strom wird in der Mitte des Geräts gegeben, an den Seiten gibts keinen Effekt. Fazit: Besser für paar Euro qualiiativ besseren Gürtel der am Körper hält kaufen. Das erspart Ärger.

Ich benutze den Gürtel seit 10 Tagen. Muskelkater spür ich und bilde mir auch ein, dass meine Taille langsam sichtbar wird. Doch auch wenn nicht für meine Rückenschmerzen (unter in den untersten Bereichen) hilft es wirklich. Auch wenn der dazu nicht erfunden wurde.Da ich dieses Gerät wirklich sehr viel benutze muß ich mich langsam um Ersatzpads kümmern.
