This is a five-star review of Global Healing Center ORMUS Earth Minerals. I'm an intuitive and this product leaped off the page at me and said "try me", when I was casually looking over monoatomic gold. So I did. This isn't a drug or strong herb, so it's not going to be a sudden rush or major effect. With items like this, sometimes we take a variety of them in the hopes of giving our body-mind-spirit a little edge, giving it tools it knows how to use. I'm a big believer in quality minerals, and when it comes to gold, I think it does enhance one's access to hyperdimensional states. It has a long history of this. I've taken monoatomic gold years before and noticed it. I take this on an empty stomach by putting a squirt in my mouth, and hold it under my tongue for about 20 minutes, then swallow it. Some of it is absorbed into the blood more rapidly by being under the tongue. Once it enters the digestive system, it's probably a slower absorption. I've only been using it a few days so far, and I do believe that building up minerals over time has a good effect too. Yet I have noticed some immediate subtle effects every time I've taken it. I hold it under my tongue as I lightly meditate. I think if you are an observant meditator you will notice it. It gives me a deep feeling of presence, calm, and focus. There is a mental and even visual clarity after using it. Kind of a high-quality spaced-out feeling, like being in a deeper reality. It's quite a nice feeling. I don't recall anything making me feel quite so grounded and centered. It's great to just be with it for an hour or so. The effects are subtle, but even if you're not aware of it helping you, I suspect it will do some good in there. Our bodies do know what to do with these things. Adding some sunshine to your body will probably magnify the results, which can be light-activated. It is a clear, sweet liquid. I get a very good vibe from it. I'll be tempted to buy it again, and I look forward to seeing the effect from taking it longer term. Sometimes it's hard to trace longer term effects back to one mineral or herb, but it seems like good stuff to have in there at the very least. Don't be afraid to believe in it - in this kind of work, beliefs count too. I find this easy to believe in, because I love minerals. UPDATE I've been having some profound effects that definitely feel connected to this supplement and the way it makes me feel. I'm able to balance on the edge of quantum realities, being more open-hearted and open-minded with how I move into the future. As if I'm stepping back and coming from a deeper place in myself as I approach life. I've been working with such things for over 30 years, so it's not entirely new to me, but I've definitely felt more enabled and unlocked. I've also felt feelings I haven't felt since I was a kid, having to do with life's promise and a feeling of anticipation for its gifts. Also an appreciation for natural beauty. The feelings I had watching the colors in a sunset, I've never felt anything like it in my adult life. It took me way back. It felt wonderful. I've also noticed my appetite is much more balanced and in control, an effect I wasn't expecting. I crave salty snacks and sweets less, and eat less. I've lost some belly fat. Sometimes I go half the day without eating and I'm not even hungry. I wonder if my body was craving salt because it wasn't getting the nutrients it needed, and the trace minerals in this supplement is filling that. And/or maybe the general feeling of deeper presence in my body has something to do with it, but there has been a definite balancing of my appetite and dietary choices. This supplement definitely has a feel to it. I've come to look forward to the times I take it, usually twice a day, and I really enjoy being in that space. Then it lingers throughout the day. I've had some lucid dreamy effects too. There haven't been any other changes to my diet, herbal supplements, or activities to account for all this. Your mileage may vary, but I'm really loving this supplement. Bravo to Global Healing Center! Please take it easy on the price, though. Make this as available as possible, not exclusive.

Definitely made me feel some way. I liked it. Probably only buy on occasion due to cost

Taste is pleasant. Have been taking for nearly two months. Seem to sleep deeper since taking it.

I use this daily in my water for minerals and has no taste which every other trace mineral usually tastes horrible. I love all the Global Healing company’s products!. I trust them hands down.
