I'm so glad I didn't buy another pair of expensive knee sleeves. I was worried that these were not going to be the quality I am use to buying SBD 7mm sleeves and I will admit they are good, but I see no difference in support and in fact these fit better. Very good price and you get the same quality.

So my man has Really BAD KNEES and has tired many other braces. And He's a little skeptical of buying things online because of the time it usually will take to receive Sid item. But decided to go with these neoprene brace for heavy weightlifting for support. Now He's no bodybuilder but does a lot of bending, lifting and walking around for His work. So He brought them for work purposes. So He's wearing them for hours on end. He says that they give him the support that is needed to do his duties at work. Again He's using them as an All Day Knee Brace. But He wanted to let folks Know that they support his knees fine. The only thing he says is that they're not intended for long periods of use only because they start pinching the back of his leg after about 8 to 10 hours and they hold in the sweat. Now again he knows he's not using them as they're intended so He's Happy with THEM. But He says that if you're looking for support for the gym. Then you'll be fine and happy with them and doesn't think you'll have an issues with sweat but if you are going hard at the gym you'll be sweating anyways So it Won't matter anyhow.

So I returned another brands knee sleeves and bought these and the quality is far superior. These are fantastic knee sleeves. Will see how they hold out. For sizing reference seeing as noone seems to post this, my knee circumference measured 14 inches exactly. I ordered the M, where the 14 is the top of the range and they fit great. I can slide them up fairly easily over my knee. In fact, I wouldnt even have minded if they were even more snug. I have big calves and thighs so IMO, these run slightly big, if you want a snug/tight fit.

I have been raw powerlifting for the past 15 years and one of the things that have been holding back my squat numbers had been pain in my right knee when the intensity gets too high...i finally decided to do something about it and after reading about these knees sleeves I went for it...so glad I did! The first time I used them I did my current 1 rep max for a set of 3! It feels like it has a slight springy effect but I think the stability on my knee with it on has allowed me to keep pushing to the max when I would otherwise have to back off...great product at a great price!

Disclaimer: This is the first pair of knee sleeves I have owned. My only other experience is knee wraps.I have used these sleeves for about a dozen squat workouts so far, and they have been absolutely incredible! I suffered from tendonitis in my knee, and had to quit squatting for over two years. I recently have been trying to get back into it, but every time my knee pain forced me to stop, even under just the barbell.After implementing these knee sleeves, I have been able to squat high intensity (400+lbs for reps--sleeves are quality!) with no knee pain. They seem to have three main benefits: psychological, elasticity (taking some damage off of the soft tissue), and thermal (they keep the join super warm the entire time, also mitigating injury!)Overall, they seem to be made from very sturdy high quality material, are mindbogglingly cheap, and have helped me get back into real squatting again! I am not sure if these specific sleeves are allowed at certain power lifting meets, but for someone looking for a cheap and quality pair of sleeves to use during training, I HIGHLY recommend these.

Excellent product. I use these several Times a week to support my knees and they are excellent for support. I purchased a second pair.When I don’t use these my right knee has pain and swells so these are a must for meThey’re hard to pull up when sweating, so you have to make sure they’re on before working out. I used to pull them down in between workouts but can’t pull them up after sweating.

I really enjoy these knee sleeves. They feel great and they give excellent support. I use them for Olympic weightlifting and they are definitely better than most knee sleeves that I have used. The one downside that I will say is that if you have large calves these sleeves might be fairly uncomfortable because the lower opening is really tight.

This was the 1st pair of 7mm neoprene knee sleeves I have purchased. Overall, 5 stars: Half the price of many of the more popular brands. They are of good quality. It appears the stitching issue mentioned in a few reviews has been corrected. They offer sturdy knee support during my lunge and squat sessions. These stayed in place throughout my workout and covered my knees. Very minor slipping. Theses sleeves are not lined with anti-slip rubber at the openings. However, they do the trick when it comes to knee support.
