Liquid for faster absorption
I have been taking Biotin in pill form for years to promote hair growth and some say that having diabetes can also effect your natural biotin levels. I have diabetics type II and since being diagnosed I my hair has been thinning and I have had dry rough skin. So on my doctor's recommendation, along with healthy eating habits and medications, I started taking a biotin supplement. My hair started growing longer and I noticed less clumps in the shower drain. This is the first time trying the liquid form and I have to admit I like it. Since it is in liquid form it is suppose to absorb quicker in your body. Biotin is 100% safe with no known side effects since it is good for your body. Actually people most of the time need EXTRA Biotin in their system. You can squeeze a dropper full underneath your tongue or mix it with 8 ounces of water or any drink you wish. It has no unpleasant aftertaste. Refrigerate after opening.Simply ingredients: Biotin and Organic Aloe Vera Gel

I don't see the point
I don't see the point.Firstly, I was nervous about the taste but it ended up being kind of fruity with a little tang to it. Not bad.However.The serving size says 1 teaspoon, which is 5 ml. It comes with a dropper that only holds 1 ml. So I have to take 5 droppers to get my dose. This seems like a lot more effort than taking a single pill. Also, while the serving size says 1tsp, there's a line on the label that says recommended use 1/2 tsp. Why? Is the serving size intentionally double the recommended amount so this could be advertised as a 10,000 mcg product instead of 5,000 mcg?Purportedly, taking Biotin in liquid form aids absorption. However, it takes 6 months of daily supplements for the effects of Biotin supplements to be seen.I don't see the point of this. And I don't like the confusing labeling.

Bio-Ten stars!
I was a little skeptical of a liquid biotin that could actually taste good. But, surprise! It's actually good tasting, kind of a tropical taste that, even with the artificial sweetener, does not leave a bitter after taste. So it makes taking it everyday easy, because it's not gross. The texture is thin, and is like a small sip of water. I have to admit I was also worried about it being thick or slimy, it's neither. Nothing to be freaked out about.I shake it up, the dropper doses the 1 teaspoon and back in the fridge it goes. Easy. And unlike most vitamins I take, this doesn't upset my stomach at all, empty or with food. A solid choice if you are looking to improve your hair, nails or skin! I'm really pleased and will continue to keep this on my daily schedule!

A good-tasting way to take biotin, but the label info is confusing.
I like the flavor and the idea of taking biotin in liquid form (I usually take it by adding it to a smoothie), and it is also good in a small glass of water or compatibly flavored juice. However, I am confused by the "Suggested Use" and "Serving Size" information. The suggested use is 1/2 teaspoon daily. The serving size is 1 teaspoon (or 4 ml), and the amount per serving is 10,000 mcg.Since the dropper is marked up to 1 ml, it is pretty easy to determine that the 1/2 teaspoon serving is two droppersful. But since the recommended use (1/2 tsp.) calls for only half the serving size (1 tsp.), that means the recommended mcg is 5000 mcg. So why bother saying 10,000 mcg? It only serves to confuse.I think many supplements are helpful, but I am not a fan of any type of mega-dosing and I think the label on this product makes it too easy to mistake the serving size for the recommend use size with is half the amount. Side effects can occur with anything, so if you do use this, make sure you are taking the amount you intend to.It's recommended to keep this refrigerated and also shake well before use.

Taste fine
Not really a whole lot to say about something like this unless you've used it for a long time. I don't know if it actually does anything. Usually you don't know if these things really do anything until you use it at least a month or sometimes longer. It does taste good which is nice but according to the directions you are supposed to take .5 tsp daily. Serving size is 1 tsp. .5 tsp is 2.5ml. The dropper only holds 1ml. The dropper should have been bigger to hold at least 2.5ml that's directed. Otherwise I don't see what the point of the dropper is. You can just use a medicine cup to pour it into and take it. Again, I hope to have longer luscious hair and nails in a few weeks but the only thing I can really review at this point is the bottle and taste.

Easy to Take - Confusing Dosage?
Tropical Oasis Liquid Biotin is easy to take and is flavored tropical - maybe coconut and pineapple? It is not overly sweetened with Stevia so it doesn’t taste too fake-y sweet like some liquid supplements do. The bottle boasts higher absorption than capsules. I’m looking forward to observing how the supplement affects my skin, hair and nails. I’m approaching 40, and I definitely could use the support. One thing that confused me was the dosage. I first looked at the nutrition chart which shows a serving of 1 tsp. That’s what I took the first day. Then, later I noticed in tiny text the suggested use of 1/2 tsp per day. The nutrition information serving size should match the suggested use to avoid overdosing.

Works better than biotin tablets
I've been taken biotin off & on for more than a year. It really does speed up hair growth.Three weeks ago I when it was 106 degrees here in Texas I said "Enough!" and got my hair cut shorter -- too short, really. Immediately regretting that haircut decision, I started taking this liquid biotin so my hair could come back quicker. (I"d always taken biotin pills before.)This liquid does taste rather good. Since taking about 2/3 teaspoon daily, my hair is coming back with a vengeance. This biotin also seems to be making my skin look younger.A healthy supplement that works, and tastes OK -- what's not to like?

Tastes good, easier to take than pills
My nails have become brittle and prone to breaking as I've gotten older so I tried biotin in pill form in an attempt to improve them.

Superior to Pills and Gummies
Because I've always had thin hair and brittle nails, I've been taking Biotin supplements for years. Usually, I take it in pill form but recently I tried gummies, which seem to...

Love it!
Biotin that's easy to take is a win for me. I've been using a biotin supplement for months and have noticed a difference in my fingernails.

You have 30 days to see if it's working. Try it if you think you can see the difference.
Pros:- The claim here is that liquid Biotin is absorbed up to 5x more by your body than biotin pills. Now I don't have the studies that back that up.

It's got a good taste and you get a large amount
I have used Biotin before as a supplement but have never used it in liquid form. One of my biggest gripes about most liquid vitamins is the taste. Usually, they are too sweet.
