No flexibility
Not great for working out in my opinion. Very tight. If your foot is slightly wide either size up or look elsewhere. There’s no flexibility either, just feels very cheap and stiff. If you’re looking for a good Nike running shoe I recommend the free runs for sure.

First running shoe I've ever had. Love it!
These shoes got me started running. I don't use them for anything else other than running because they make me keep moving for their springiness. I just wish I got them 1/2 size larger to fit them more easily when I put my foot in.
