So I had very high hopes as I live in an apartment with others and I liked it because it specifically made ice that didn’t need to be touched by anybody, but after about 3 months the cold water function was still producing cold water but it tasted like chemicals, while the room temp water function tasted fine, so we just stopped using the cold water function and used ice in the water if we wanted it colder, but another three months go by and now the ice machine shows ice is full but won’t produce any ice and makes a very loud/alarming noise. In my opinion it’s not worth the hundreds of dollars considering it’s almost completely useless to me now and the warranty on these machines are bare to none unless it broke right when you got it. So what I’m implying is if ur ready to spend $300 every 6 months for a new machine then this product is for you!

My unit stopped working but the company took care of it

I have mixed feelings now. Bought it October 2025. Only used the ice maker like 4 times. Went to use it 3 days ago, & it immediately went to 3 solid blue lights like it was ready. But no ice came out. But yet you'll hear the usual sound it makes, making ice & dropping it somewhere internally. I've unplugged it & etc. Nothing. "Pros-it looks nice Has cold water & has nice lighting. "Cons-the machine itself isn't loud..but the ice it makes & drops & whatever else inside, that makes those sounds, is definitely loud as hell! If you have it out of sight somewhere, you would think that an intruder was trying to break into your house. Yes. Its that loud. Sounds like someone is in the house with you. It only does this wen it's cycling. Those loud noises catch you off guard at night, wen the house is quiet, with only the TV on.

I love this machine, although initially I had to return it because the ice was dropping when no one was pressing the button and it was ruining my flooring. The company actually made it right and refunded me my money and let me keep the machine which I thought was very cool of them to do. The machine still drops ice every once in a while while when the button is not pressed, but I love that it has all the options, hot water, cold, water room, temperature, water, and ice. It holds a good decent amount of ice in a tank storage somewhere in the ice machine and it replenishes it super fast.

Stopped making ice after a few months. None of the troubleshooting steps worked. No way to contact company directly. Sensor buttons don’t always read unless your entire finger is over your selection. Very hard for tiny fingers- Too difficult for no reason, since it’s easy to get water from a water dispenser. If you purchase this without the protection plan after reading my review. That’s on you.. Outstanding Improvements After using the new model for over a week, I’m thoroughly impressed with the upgrades: Hot Water Feature: This is a game-changer! No more waiting for the kettle to boil - instant hot water whenever needed. Better Ice Dispensing: The ice stops immediately when you remove your cup, unlike the previous version that would continue dispensing for minutes after. Simultaneous Functions: You can now get cold water, ice, and hot water all at once, whereas the old model forced you to choose between cold water OR ice. Improved User Interface: Much more intuitive design that eliminates confusion. Our office employees no longer accidentally turn off the ice function. Complete Water Usage: The new model uses all the water in the bottle, unlike the previous version that consistently left about a cup unused. Minor Suggestions for Future Improvements • Dispenser Lighting: Color-coded indicators would be helpful (white for ice, blue for cold water, red for hot water-instead of same blue for all functions) • Ice Level Indicator: Currently shows a loading animation until full, rather than displaying actual fill level • Design Elements: A smaller logo and matte finish instead of glossy would reduce fingerprints and scratches while improving aesthetics Final Verdict This is an exceptional machine that represents a significant upgrade from the previous generation. It looks sleek, keeps water at hot and cold temps, and the bottom loading design is convenient. However, there are two key issues that hold it back from being a truly great product. First, the ice-making capacity is minimal. It only produces about one cup of ice at a time. If you're trying to fill two cups, expect to wait or come back later. This makes it less ideal for households or offices where multiple people want ice quickly. The bigger issue is the cold water button. It frequently malfunctions and becomes unresponsive, which is both frustrating and concerning. You’ll press it once, water keeps flowing, and even pressing it again won’t stop the stream—leading to overflowing cups and a full drip tray. I’ve had to unplug the entire machine just to get it to stop. This quirk honestly makes me anxious when dispensing cold water, which shouldn't be the case with a daily-use appliance. With a few design improvements—especially fixing the button responsiveness and increasing ice output—this could be a five-star unit. But for now, it's a three-star machine that works well most of the time... until it doesn’t.

We have only had this 3 months. When we first got it the cold water would start, but would not shut off. Then we figured out if we started the cold and pushed the room temp button it would stop. Ok, a hassle but it worked. The ice has always been slow which was irritating. Now, today, 3 months later, the ice just stopped making ice and the cold water is room temperature. We read the manual and tried resetting everything. Attempted online support. AI, totally worthless. Nothing fixed it. Total waste of money! Do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!
