I chose these sweeteners because they're supposed to be the best around for diabetics. I'm having difficulty sourcing them locally to me so Amazon have come to the rescue once again! They're very tiny, they pack a punch of sweetness so you don't need more than or two at the most.

I find these sweetners are the best as I have a very sweet tooth, they can be purchased at supermarkets but they are more expensive
