Great quality! I bought this to replace one that was barely running and was no longer available for updates. Love the screen size and touch screen. Price was good.

This is a great laptop! You can't ever go wrong with an HP laptop! It's my daughter's laptop. It seems like it's pretty fast. The touchscreen is great! It's a pretty good size laptop and screen. Con: there isn't an SD card slot on it

Good performance very decent price. We purchased this for my elderly father-in-law because it had a touchscreen and he knows how to use his iPhone and his iPad. The machine was easy to set up and works for him as hoped as he can just touch the screen to read his paper, surf the Internet, get on social media, and pay his bills. Decent horsepower under the hood.

I ordered this for my elderly neighbor as she doesn't buy things off the internet. She couldn't find any 17inch laptop screens locally. She needs a big screen with her cataracts. She used windows 10 prior, so windows 11, was a bit confusing for her. My husband went over and help her get it setup and some hot keys, etc. She does like it and it was perfect for her needs. The 4 stars was it was not the computer itself but the new software was not user friendly for seniors, but she's getting the hang of it over time. The computer itself is 5 stars.

Order a 17.3 laptop from HP store on Amazon. Computer never worked from the start. It kept opening up Apps and having pop ups come up from Microsoft. I disabled the pop ups but it didn't matter. The mouse then started becoming very unresponsive. Basically started asking like it has a mind of its own. I got a hold of HP and they "took over my computer" and the technician said the "Amazon" had altered my computer so there was nothing they could do for me. I said I bought it through the HP store on Amazon and asked how it could have been altered by Amazon? Anyhow Amazon seller blamed HP and HP blamed Amazon and I'm left with a $600 paper weight. Please do not buy your computers from this sight. Nothing but junk with absolutely no recourse. I'm going with Dell or Lenovo from here on our

Works well. Could not get it shipped to home. That was a pain.

Thr switch over from 10 to 11 was fairly easy. Will need to "tweek it" to get the files and software in order.
