Felt really good taking these I noticed it does give me a lot more energy in the morning and Motivation to work out does not leave you feeling jittery too which is a good thing easy to swallow pill and kept me alert during the day I would say though do not drink to much caffeine while taking this

These are wonderful! Taste is great, the don't smell weird and they DO not spike my sugar at all!! Been taking them about a week and I think I've started to notice a little more pep in my step and my appetite is less!

They smell nice and not gross like a lot of vitamins and supplements. I just got these and I’m going to use for 30 days. I’m looking for something that gives me energy, I’m a little nervous about ingredients in products like this, but these are straight forward - not an overwhelming amount of caffeine (don’t want a heart attack) I’m using because caffeine and green tea extract may provide an energy boost to support my newly “active lifestyle”. I’m hoping it helps me sleep less and exercise more.
