I love the way this monitor works. Everything is automated. Run two computers on it and it knows which computer to run. Beautiful monolithic design and the colors really pop. Built like a tank. Makes the Dell 38" look like an 80's plastic monitor. LOL

I have now owned 2 of this exact same monitor. I loved the picture quality, size, and color spectrum of this display. It was exactly what I was looking for. Only problem is that although it looks sturdy, it is actually very fragile. I have now cracked the display on 2 different monitors by simply moving them to make adjustments and was shocked both times when the screen cracked from one side to the other as I thought I was being very careful both times! A very expensive error! My advice - if you buy one of these don't touch it after you get it where you want it even for minor adjustments!!

Great display for every day work . The monitor worked as expected till it broke and here is where my nightmare began. I bought this monitor from Aventis through Amazon. Given this monitor is 5 months old, I had to contact HP. Getting to a representative who actually addresses the issue is a real challenge. The guys from z series never picked up the call. Had to call the original HP support, ask them to connect and wait on the line. A couple of hours just gone in this to get the ticket created. I provided the proof of purchase and the ticket went to Aventis. Had to call Aventis to clear the ticket. Finally HP approved for a refurbished monitor. Not sure how this works. In 5 months time, the money I spent for the original monitor is getting replaced with a refurbished one after jumping through so many hoops. At this point, I wonder if it is worth buying products this expensive from a disjointed setup like this.

This is an amazing monitor and equivalent to using dual-24" monitors. The image quality is remarkable.

I use this as a work monitor, not for gaming. This monitor hits every check box for me except software to support PnP or the ability to separate the screen with windows from multiple inputs at the same time.A little more pricey than its comps, but a much more solid build... there’s nothing flimsy about this monitor.

Really not that impressed. Impressive size. Looks nice. Picture quality is not great - can see the individual pixels and brightness is just mediocre. Would not recommend it.

Great quality set with excellent picture

I really liked the monitor but after only 15 months it just died from one moment to the next.FWIW I have everything on a quality UPS so it wasn't a power surge.

So far so good, I am not a gamer, I use it for programming and it seems perfect for me even it is not the brightest with the best refresh rates. This is one good looking monitor, the base is metallic and that gives it a much premium feel compared to the plastic stands, and I had all my colleagues visit this monitor and it was fun lol. My only complaint is that it does not have a hardware based native split screen like technology, which would have been very much appreciated. I wanted to leave 4.5 stars but that is not an option.My advice, if choosing between 34 inch and 38 inch , go for this one, its size is perfect, and not overwhelming.If you are getting a monitor for productivity do not bother getting a huge 16:9 monitor, their height is a nuisance.
