This product is a must have to avoid hurting the fingers! It’s easy to use, sturdy and just the right size.

This tool with many size nails and keeps my fingers away from the hammer. I don’t do this kind of work often and have always missed the nail and hammered my finger. I’m so glad those days are behind me.

I bought this for a scientific application where I needed to hammer nails as perpendicular as possible. This did a better job of holding the nails straight than my fingers. My only knock on this product is that it is made of cheap plastic. I'm hoping that it wont break with repeated use, but it is also inexpensive so it wouldn't be a big deal if it did break.

Received at the beginning of the month, didn't use until this morning, had it on my kitchen table and I knocked it off the table by mistake and it fell and one of the arms broke, definitely my fault for pushing stuff around the table while working on a long delayed project. Since I was at fault in breaking it, I was pretty sure it would not be covered or replaced. I tried to super glue it but it didn't work, because only one of the arms broke and it was working great until it fell off the table. So I was very upset and threw it out and it was picked up by the recycle truck today.

This perhaps did not meet my expectations/anticipations of it...so to me it looks flimsy and cheaply made, not as sturdy as I hoped it would be. The gloves I received are made for really small hands...be guided accordingly...the holes also look small..BUT only when it's put to use I will be able to tell well.. if its capability exceeds its appearance then I will update my review.

No more ouch. ouch. I just hammered my fingers and finger nails.This gadget is outstanding. I wish I could have had this long time ago. My left hand just holds the nail using this nail holder gadget clear of the present risk of getting slammed with a hammer. I am not a lefty by any means. This nail holder gadget is very easy to use for my left hand. The pair of gloves are so useful to avoid splinter when I work with woods.Too bad that this is designed to work with screws and drills. What I do is to use the nail as a marker, a deep enough marker. Then screws and drill take over from there.

I'll be using this mostly for nailing down model railroad track. i have only used it so far to test on a scrap piece of wood. Its very sturdy and holds various diameter and length finish nails very securely. I don't know why I didn't have one of these sooner.
