really like the treble treble is the star of the show here too bad default tips are not ideal fit if they were 1mm wider it will be perfect other included tips are not same inner diameter and alter the sound not in a good way N5005 sound maybe like 2018 1k iem but compared to today 1k iems they are not that great overall signature is bright with sometimes harsh treble but I like the treble on certain songs it shines like no other bass is old school hifiman type think re600

there is no question you get a lot with the AKG N5005. bluetooth, 2.5 and 3.5 mm cords, various filters and airplane adaptors. The quality is apparent. BUT. the cords all connect to the earbuds at best tenuously and in my case. not at all. left ear simply will not plug in. apparent defect. that being said. I am returning these and buying a new set in the hopes that a properly made unit will be fantastic. fingers crossed.

The sound quality is really good as long as you get a pair of ear tips that fit your ears. Much better than my old Sennheiser IE800 Edit: As I listened to more genres, the drawback becomes evident. There seems to be a weak spot in the upper bass range. This doesn’t matter if you listen to pop music. However, if you listen to instruments you will notice that the sound signature is just untrue. The resolution is definitely good on these earphones. But if you listen to classical music or instruments, it’s better to go with IE800

I am impressed. These 5 drivers are on point! In my opinion the best on their price range and then some. Although I like high end headphones I was happy with my Etymotic IEM's for years, until they suffered an accident. I love analytical/reference sound but now I wanted something better, wider, more dynamic and integrated. AKG brand is one of my favorites, 812 in hi-fi and 712 in mid-fi. I remember back in 2012, when considered Shure SE846 and Sennheiser ie800 as IEMS but settled for Etymotic since I needed the best isolation on the NY subway. Then I noticed the AKG 3003's hybrids and truly loved and admired the combination of dynamic driver and balanced armature they had. I thought: if just for sound, this beat easily the Shure and slightly the Sennheiser. Now that I bought the N5005: WOW. It shows the paradigmatic investigations of Dr. Sean Olive and others at Harman Acoustics Research centers. If you pay good money for AKG, Sennheiser, Beyerdinamic, etc. you are buying know how, tuning, expertise and experience that new brands cannot imitate (with a few exceptions). Anyway, the dynamic driver for lows (subwoofer), the two balanced armatures for mids (woofers) and the two balanced armatures for highs (tweeters) are put for perfection.

This thing sounds amazing. I use a Qudelix 5k, and you can just crank the bass on this with little to no distortion. It’s also super small with a super small nozzle so it fits awesome. It’s build like a tank and comes in a very nice box for a good unboxing experience as well.

Easy to wear, 3-DSound at its best, very detailed stage, cristal clear sound, wow in combination with tube-amplifier!! I like and love the sound!

Audio increíble, muy limpio, aireado, increíble separación instrumental, bajos medios y agudos detallados, sonido de estudio. Se aprecian micro detalles. El sonido es muy "natural". Recomendado especialmente para canciones acústicas y muchos instrumentos. Algunas canciones suenan muy diferente y depende de la calidad de la grabación y del gusto de la persona. No perdona malas grabaciones. La experiencia para juegos es muy buena. Sí juegas shooters te da una gran especialidad. Además cero latencia por el cable. Accesorios de calidad. Las boquillas realmente funcionan y le dan matices muy diferentes al audio, especialmente el de graves y agudos. Los eartips son buenos, sin embargo a mi gusto prefiero los de memory foam. El accesorio Bluetooth sí dura bastante la batería. Lo usé por primera vez y, agradable sorpresa, estaban cargados al 100 (por lo que deduzco que son recientes y no tienen años guardados). El sonido es aceptable, mejor que el promedio de audio Bluetooth. La desventaja que veo es que no hay aislamiento de audio por lo que no es nada recomendable para ambientes muy ruidosos. El micrófono no es sobresaliente. El control se siente premium y de calidad. Es necesario usar un dac y un amplificador para explotar todo su potencial. Un donggle dac es suficiente para moverlos sin mucho problema. Usarlos sin dac es posible pero no alcanza gran amplificación y no lo recomendaría si quieres escuchar a detalle, sin embargo, aún así se desempeñan bien sin dac para manos libres y escuchar música de forma básica. Su sonido es ligeramente cálido. No cansan, no son sibilantes. Son unos de los audífonos que he realizado largas horas de escucha y no me han molestado. Sí quieres escuchar canciones como son planteadas en el estudio recomendados (si te aburren las canciones como salen del estudio y esperas bajos súper potentes o una ayudadita en los medios o agudos no son para ti). En resumen, te llevas 4 audífonos de calidad por las boquillas y uno más Bluetooth. Separación instrumental increíble y micro detalles. Son escalables. No recomendables para espacios ruidosos. Accesorios premium y de calidad. Son los audífonos más versátiles que he tenido. Si tienes el dinero cómpralos.

N5005は過去に所有していたことがあり、その後手放したものの、代替となるモノが見つからず、結局再購入した。音質は言わずもがな、セラミック製の筐体はやはり良い。N5005、XELENTO WIRELESS、SE535LTDの使い分けが自分にとっての最適解となった。ユニバーサルイヤホンのリスニングハイエンドクラスを探しているならN5005を検討して良いと思う。

Superb dynamics. Excellent staging. I think they are a serious buy at the current pricing. I'm still working on fit but I'm sure it will work out.

Fantastic earphones. Corrects all the deficiencies in my other earphones. ( Westone 3: good bass but muddy; Audio Technica CK100: clear vocal but no bass; Shure 535: polite, but boring sound. The AKG N5005 has body, clarity, focus and lots of listening fun. And it comes with a VERY complete package of accessories and cables to boot. Can hardly wait to try the balanced cable. Well done! Simplemente si amas la musica, estos audifonos in ear son excelentes para cualquier tipo o calidad que quieras escuchar. Se que hay muchas reseñas por aqui y por alla, lo que puedo compartir es que soy amante de la fidelidad y de cierta manera de la marca AKG... en ese sentido el primer par que compre de estos audifonos me encanto.... por desgracia me los robaron con mi equipaje y los volvi a comprar... asi de facil puedo decir que me encantaron.
