Q: How does this fit on small chested women?

not well! i war a 36 B and size 10/12 bottoms and i ordered a large of this. There was so much extra fabric around the cups I had to return it. It was also kinda short on the torso, the thing part was coing out the back of pants. Im 5'3'' for reference.

Q: When i added this to my likes it was like $30 , why is it now $60 for the exact same thing? Seems pretty shady
